Seventy Years of Compressor Manufacturing.
The Same Foundry. The Same Standards.
EPG Canada brings the compressor manufacturing heritage and integrated factory resources of EVER POWER Industrial Group to international markets — supported by a technical team with direct access to the in-house research institute, foundry, and pressure vessel division.
Product Portfolio
From a State Factory in 1951 to a Specialized Export Engineering Company
EPG Canada Compressor-Natural-Gas Co., Ltd is the international commercial arm of EVER POWER’s compressor division — a manufacturing group whose foundational operations date to 1951 and whose product range now spans five compression technology families.
The parent manufacturing base operates from a 260-acre integrated industrial campus. Within that campus: a grey iron and nodular iron foundry casting compressor bodies and cylinders; a CNC machining division with 600+ production equipment units; a GB and ASME-code pressure vessel fabrication shop; and a final assembly hall where compressor systems are assembled, charged, run-tested, and packaged for export.
This level of vertical integration is not common in the compressor sector, where most assemblers source castings, vessels, and electrical panels from separate vendors with separate quality systems. EPG Canada’s technical personnel have direct access to the facility that makes every major component — with practical consequences for delivery reliability, quality traceability, and the ability to customize without waiting on a third party’s schedule.
The parent engineering team drafted three national industry standards: JB/T 11882 (water-injection single-screw air compressor), JB/T 12565 (medium-pressure single-screw air compressor), and JB/T 14685 (oil-free scroll compressor). EPG Canada’s product specifications are directly aligned to these foundational standards.
EPG Canada addresses international procurement directly: engineering documentation in English, dimensional drawings to metric and imperial standards, CE marking, ASME vessel documentation, and logistics coordination from factory to destination port.

Four In-House Divisions. Zero Dependency on Sub-Supplier Chains.
Every major component in an EPG Canada compressor system is manufactured within the parent facility. This is a verifiable factory condition reflected in the audit trail of every shipped unit.
Foundry Division
IN-HOUSEGrey iron and nodular iron castings for compressor housings, cylinder blocks, bearing carriers, and valve plates cast, cleaned, and inspected within the facility. No external foundry lead time.
- Compressor body and cylinder casting
- Material certification for each heat number
- Alloy steel casting for high-pressure gas cylinders
- Dimensional inspection before release to machining
Mechanical Machining Division
IN-HOUSE600+ CNC and precision production equipment handling shaft turning, bore grinding, valve seat lapping, and assembly surface machining. Tolerances on compression chamber bores held to design specification — not adjusted at assembly.
- CNC turning, milling, and grinding centres
- Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspection
- Rotor pair matching and dynamic balancing
- Crankshaft and connecting rod machining for reciprocating units
Pressure Vessel Division
CODE-CERTIFIEDAir receivers, gas separators, inter-stage coolers, knockout drums, and buffer vessels fabricated, welded, and pressure-tested to GB and ASME Code standards. Vessel quality documented by a dedicated inspection team.
- ASME Section VIII and GB 150 compliant fabrication
- Radiographic (RT) and ultrasonic (UT) weld inspection
- Hydrostatic pressure testing to 1.5x MAWP
- Nozzle, manway, and relief valve fitting to drawing
Final Assembly & Test Division
FAT-READYCompressor sub-assemblies, process vessels, piping, and electrical panels integrated in the assembly hall for system commissioning and mechanical run-testing before shipment.
- Mechanical run test at rated speed and pressure
- Oil-free air quality verification to ISO 8573-1
- Gas tightness test on all process connections
- PLC / HMI functional commissioning and loop check
- Full FAT documentation with optional customer witness
Four Design Principles Applied to Every Project
Four Design Principles Applied to Every Project
Integration
Compressor, vessels, controls, and piping are engineered and tested as one system. Performance is validated before leaving the factory, not on the customer’s site.
Energy Efficiency
VFD, optimal pressure ratios, inter-cooling, and heat recovery options are built into the design process. Specific energy consumption is a design target, not a reported outcome.
Intelligent Control
PLC-based sequencing, soft-start, load/unload management, and remote monitoring connectivity are standard — integrable into plant DCS and SCADA without custom gateway hardware.
Maintainability
Service points — filter replacement, valve access, instrument calibration — positioned with maintenance frequency in mind. Service interval documentation and spare parts kits delivered before first start-up.
