Every EPG Canada system is delivered with provisions for remote monitoring connectivity. Post-commissioning support includes:
- Remote parameter access via 4G/LTE or hardwired Ethernet (Modbus TCP/IP or OPC-UA)
- Alarm and fault log review without a site visit
- Remote set-point adjustment for PLC control parameters
- Scheduled preventive maintenance guidance with parts list and service interval documentation
- Emergency technical support line for critical-application sites
Prepare Before Submitting
These parameters let us bypass generic product suggestions and move directly to engineering-level recommendations:
- Gas medium or required air quality class (ISO 8573-1 Class 0, or gas species + impurity tolerance)
- Inlet and discharge pressure in bar(g) or MPa
- Flow rate in m³/min, Nm³/h, or SCFM
Site ambient conditions — altitude, min/max temperature, IP rating required
Electrical supply — voltage, frequency, starting method - Hazardous area classification if applicable (ATEX Zone / IECEx / NEC Class)
